B.A. Laris, MPH, has spent over 30 years bringing excitement and passion to transforming ideas and information into accessible and engaging practices in education and public health. Through research, evaluation, digital technology development, training, capacity building and technical assistance, and direct service prevention she has worked with diverse individuals, groups, and communities to enhance well-being and support equity across a broad range topic areas including STEM and sports, HIV/AIDS prevention, sexual and reproductive health, LGBTQIAA+ inclusivity, neurodivergent youth and families, nutrition, physical activity, substance abuse treatment and prevention, and tobacco use control.

Tamara Kuhn

CEO

Tamara Kuhn, MA is the CEO and Research Scientist specializing in technology-delivered health interventions, educational games, and behavior change research. A social scientist and technologist with more than 25 years of experience, Tamara has served as Principal Investigator on more than 25 federally funded research projects and led technology development for more than 40 federal initiatives spanning HIV prevention, sexual health education, STEM learning, and harm reduction. She is the co-inventor and patent holder of SkillFlix, a video-based microskills training system with demonstrated real-world effectiveness. Tamara is a recognized expert in translating behavioral and social science research into scalable, engaging technology — and in building organizations resilient enough to keep doing that work even when the landscape shifts.

Elizabeth (Izzy) Schieber

Research Associate

Izzy Schieber, with a PhD in Behavioral Psychology and certificates in Public Health and Sustainable Development Practice, focuses on developing behavioral interventions that can be implemented and sustained in real-world settings. She has 15 years of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), as well as 14 years of research experience in behavioral health, behavioral pediatrics, behavior economics, mHealth development, sexual health, and problem behavior. Her approach is rooted in behavior analysis and implementation science to design both interventions that support behavior change and systems that can sustain those changes.

Bhupendra Sheoran, MD, MBA

Co-founder and Chief Healthcare Officer, Intuist.ai

Dr. Sheoran is a seasoned nonprofit executive, physician, and equity-driven strategist with over 24 years of leadership experience advancing health, technology, innovation, and justice for historically underserved communities. He has spent his career working across the U.S., Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean to design systems-level solutions in technology, health, and innovation. Sheoran likes to bring a combination of design, innovation, and clinical and public health knowledge and experience to address community issues at both individual and population level. He believes in compassion, respect, and humility and these are the values he continues to incorporate in his work.
