Tracey Shiundu is the Co-Founder and CEO of FunKe Science Limited, a Kenyan STEM education company making science accessible, practical, and engaging for children across Africa. She has led the organization to reach over 20,000 learners through science kits, school programs, teacher training, STEM camps, and community outreach. Tracey has received recognition including the Africa YES Grant (2019), Rybakov Foundation Award (2021), Top 40 Under 40 Women Kenya (2023), Mastercard Foundation EdTech Fellowship (2023), Edupreneur of the Year (2024), and the Sahara Group Foundation Grant (2025). Her work focuses on inclusive learning, emerging technologies, and helping more children—especially girls and neurodiverse learners—build confidence in STEM. Through FunKe Sense Lab, she is leading the development of multisensory science tools designed for low-resource classrooms.

Dennis Njagi

Design and Tech Lead, FunKe Science Limited

Dennis Njagi is the Design and Tech Lead at FunKe Science Limited, where he supports the development of child-friendly STEM content, digital learning experiences, and creative learning tools. He brings strong expertise in visual storytelling, science communication, and designing engaging educational experiences for children. At FunKe Science, Dennis plays a key role in translating science concepts into simple, practical, and exciting activities that learners can understand and enjoy. For FunKe Sense Lab, he supports product design, content development, and the integration of technology into hands-on science learning. His work helps ensure that the tool is visually engaging, age-appropriate, and accessible for diverse learners.

Peter Sang

Finance and Admin Lead, FunKe Science Limited

Peter Sang is the Finance and Admin Lead at FunKe Science Limited, where he supports financial management, administration, logistics, and project coordination. He plays an important role in ensuring that FunKe Science programs are well organized, properly documented, and delivered efficiently across schools and community learning spaces. Peter also supports session planning, resource preparation, and operational follow-through for STEM learning activities. For FunKe Sense Lab, he will help coordinate budgets, reporting, procurement, and implementation logistics to ensure smooth delivery of the project.

Kaimuri Karauki

CEO, Learning Differently

Kaimuri Karauki is the Founder and CEO of Learning Differently, a Kenyan organization supporting learners with dyslexia, ADHD, autism, and other learning differences. She is a psychologist with deep experience in inclusive education, learner support, parent guidance, and teacher training. Through Learning Differently, Kaimuri works with schools, families, and educators to identify learning needs early and provide practical interventions that help children thrive. For FunKe Sense Lab, she brings expertise in neurodiverse learning design, accessibility, learner screening, and pilot testing with children who need inclusive STEM support. Her contribution ensures that the tool is grounded in real learner needs and designed with dignity, accessibility, and evidence at the center.
