Meredith Pasake

Chief Product & People Officer

Meredith (she/her) is the Chief Product and People Officer at Blue Engine, where she leads both product strategy and organizational people development. Meredith brings 15+ years of experience leading system-level strategy, professional learning design, and district partnerships focused on instructional improvement and sustainable implementation. Prior to her current role, she served as a math teacher, Spanish teacher, instructional coach and school leader in Washington D.C. She holds an M.A.T. from American University and a B.A. from Colgate University. Meredith currently lives outside of Washington D.C. with her husband and two daughters.

Dr. A’Seret Dokubo

Associate Vice President, Product

A’Seret (she/her) is the Associate Vice President of Product at Blue Engine, where she leads the design and development of educator learning experiences, instructional pathways, and professional development resources that support inclusive and equitable classrooms. With 15 years of experience in education, A’Seret is passionate about building systems and learning experiences that ensure all students—particularly those historically marginalized—have access to affirming, high-quality instruction and support. Her work has focused on accessibility, trauma-informed practices, social-emotional learning, and inclusive instructional design. She is especially committed to disrupting the school-to-prison pipeline and supporting educators in creating learning environments where every student can thrive. A’Seret holds a Doctorate in Education from Johns Hopkins University and currently resides near Chicago with her partner, John, their two children, and their two cats.
