Aman Sahota is the co-founder of Factors Education, an award-winning edtech startup dedicated to transforming learning. A passionate lifelong learner, Aman has honed his expertise through prestigious accelerator programs like Next AI. His commitment to education extends beyond entrepreneurship; a pivotal 6-month road trip across the US, engaging with diverse schools, conferences, and districts, provided him with invaluable ground-level insights into the educational landscape. Aman is a recognized community leader, driving impactful change through his work with multiple non-profit organizations. He serves as the education co-lead for Anti-Racism initiatives in the Region of Peel, one of Canada’s most diverse regions, and is a director at the Canadian Council of Black Elder Trailblazers. An accomplished international speaker, Aman frequently shares his vision and expertise at major conferences, including FETC and ISTE, inspiring educators and innovators globally.

Henry Fu

Co-Founder

Henry Fu is a dynamic serial entrepreneur and the technical co-founder of Factors Education. Formerly a member of China’s national swimming team whose athletic career was impacted by the global pandemic, Henry brings a unique blend of discipline and innovative thinking to his ventures. His early passion for making a difference led him to teach English in rural China starting at the age of 14 and later to help organize an immigrant youth empowerment group, demonstrating a longstanding commitment to community and education. With a strong foundation in Machine Learning, Computer Science, and Mathematics, Henry leads the technical development at Factors Education. He has over four years of experience spearheading the creation of six iterations of LLM-driven educational platforms, which have been successfully deployed across multiple school districts. His technical leadership also includes guiding research initiatives that leverage deep learning models to process student sentiment data around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and developing novel LLM evaluation datasets using synthetic data. Henry is also an alumnus of Next AI and the Transcend Fellowship and contributes to the startup ecosystem as an investor with J17 Ventures.
