Factors Education is developing a unique dataset to bridge the gap in personalized learning. By capturing authentic, longitudinal LLM interactions from diverse student populations (468 students, 26 classrooms, 1,400+ interaction hours), we aim to understand how AI can effectively model individual student characteristics. Our work focuses on creating structured learner profiles from these interactions to enable the development of more equitable and effective adaptive learning systems. This dataset will serve as a critical benchmark for evaluating LLM performance in nuanced learner modeling within real-world educational settings.
