Matouš Tlapák

Matouš Tlapák is a passionate leader with over a decade of experience advancing 3D and XR tools to transform education into what he once wished these tools had been when he was a student. A CEMS Master’s alumnus, he studied in the Czech Republic, South Korea, and Chile, gaining valuable global perspective. Deeply committed to the future of learning, he strives to make education more engaging, effective, and accessible through immersive technology. He joined LIFELIQE CZECH s.r.o. in 2016 and quickly became an instrumental part of the top management by leading strategic partnerships with Microsoft HoloLens and HTC Vive, positioning LIFELIQE CZECH s.r.o. as a pioneer in educational XR products. Matouš is also responsible for expanding the company’s impact in Eastern markets, especially through B2B partnerships with clients such as GP Menco and PICO. His leadership has been key to driving both business innovation and a strong, values-based company culture.

Michal Mizerák

Product Manager, LIFELIQE CZECH s.r.o.

Michal Mizerák specializes in instructional design and XR solutions for education. With over 9 years of experience in educational technologies, his mission is to coordinate and monitor the development of Lifeliqe’s interactive and immersive XR products, while continuously seeking innovations that provide LIFELIQE CZECH s.r.o. with a competitive edge in both workforce and K–12 education. Under his leadership, the company developed workforce content focused on career exploration and occupational training, enabling Lifeliqe to successfully enter a new sector within the edtech industry. He oversaw the production and co-development of VR training simulations and 360° career field trips for the grant initiative Supporting and Advancing Nevada’s Dislocated Individuals (SANDI), which remains the largest grant the company has received to date.

Ladislava Zbiejczuk Suchá

Researcher, Masaryk University

Ladislava Zbiejczuk Suchá is an expert in user research and the design of information services, with a strong focus on educational innovation. She leads the Information Services Design study programme at Masaryk University, where students actively use virtual reality for learning and communication. Her research and teaching span applied qualitative and quantitative methods, human-computer interaction (HCI), and service innovation. Ladislava has led and collaborated on numerous projects at the intersection of technology and education, including Transition Design, which explored future-oriented design practices in education, and projects applying VR and eye-tracking for wayfinding in healthcare. She is a published author in the fields of information science and service design, whose work consistently pushes the boundaries of how digital tools can shape future-ready public services. In 2025, she received the Rector’s Award for Innovation in Teaching.

Simona Kramosilová

Researcher, Masaryk University

Simona Kramosilová is an educational technology specialist and graduate of the Master’s programme in Information Studies and Librarianship at Masaryk University. She is currently a tutor and course supervisor at the university’s Department of Information and Library Studies, where she also contributes to research on virtual reality’s motivational impact in distance education. Simona has been actively involved in several research projects exploring the intersection of technology, education, and service design. She co-authored a paper presented at the Design Research Society conference on competencies for information service designers. In 2023, she received the SKAS MUNI Prize for her substantial contributions to teaching at Masaryk University.

Radek Pavlíček

Researcher, Masaryk University

Radek Pavlíček is a leading expert in accessibility and assistive technology, with over 25 years of experience advancing digital inclusion, particularly for people with visual impairments. He serves as a senior accessibility specialist and project lead at the Teiresias Centre of Masaryk University, and is actively involved in national and international initiatives, including the VR4ALL project, which uses immersive VR to promote empathy and inclusive design. Radek is the founder of the Theseus project, where he leads a team of accessibility experts and testers. He also manages Poslepu.cz, a long-running blog advocating for accessibility, and Pélion, a resource hub offering practical guidance on assistive technologies. Radek (co-)organizes several major events in the field, including INSPO, Agora, ICC, and ICCHP. In recognition of his lifelong work, he was awarded the Mostly Award in 2022, honoring his impact on reducing digital barriers across platforms.
