Students often struggle with discussions, superficially rushing through group work and not reflecting enough together. Teachers can facilitate deeper interactions with simple questions, but this is impractical for multiple groups at once. Clair is a collaborative conversational agent designed to trigger these questions in timely moments to foster productive student-student dialogue. Clair is also designed for researchers to run experiments on how AI-based support can impact learning processes.
