She has been working at Nova Escola for over 13 years, leading the production of pedagogical content. She supervised the elaboration of 6,000 lesson plans aligned with the Brazilian National Common Core Curriculum (BNCC) and led the online courses and the training of teachers and school managers to implement them. Ana Ligia is responsible for setting the organization’s strategy and future vision, articulating both to the team and the partners to make it possible, always aligned with the teacher’s real needs.

Daniela Giugliano

Head of Innovation

With a degree in Business Administration and over 15 years of experience in driving business solutions and managing technology-driven products, Daniela Giugliano leads the development of new solutions and the improvement of existing ones at Nova Escola. She ensures these initiatives align with the organization’s strategic goals while addressing the evolving needs of educators. Daniela is dedicated to leveraging technology to transform education, fostering scalable and impactful solutions that boost teacher engagement and educational practices.

Ricardo Campagnoli

Product Manager

Ricardo holds a degree in Advertising and an MBA in Brand Management, with additional specializations in Digital Marketing and Product Management. With over 16 years of experience across marketing, product development, and business strategy, he brings a rich background that includes entrepreneurial ventures and contributions to the third sector. At Nova Escola, Ricardo leads a multidisciplinary team focused on developing and enhancing impactful solutions for educators. He ensures that all initiatives are closely aligned with the organization’s strategic goals and truly responsive to the needs of public education. His work is driven by research, rigorous testing, and a commitment to delivering high-value outcomes for teachers and schools across Brazil.

Pedro Annunciato

Pedagogical Content Coordinator

Pedro holds a degree in Journalism from Faculdade Cásper Líbero in São Paulo, Brazil. He has built his career with a strong focus on education and communication. For seven years, he worked as a reporter and editor at Nova Escola, where he dedicated himself to producing content for educators across Brazil. With extensive experience in developing educational materials for public schools, Pedro currently serves as the Pedagogical Content Coordinator at Nova Escola. He is responsible for managing the organization’s pedagogical area, which encompasses strategies for producing and disseminating pedagogical content aimed at teachers. His work is centered on strengthening teaching practices and promoting high-quality public education.
