Tracey has a decade of experience working across various functions of education ranging from classroom teaching to managing program leads that work with teams to deliver large scale education programs in international contexts which gave her the opportunity to view education from a global lens.
She is currently serving as the Head of Programmes for Rising Academy Network in Sierra Leone where she works with program leads to deliver large scale programs collectively impacting approximately 630 public schools and 45 private schools.
