Rudolph is the co-founder of Craft Education. He is passionate about improving learning outcomes for children with behaviour and learning challenges like autism and intellectual developmental disorders in Africa. His approach combines policy, research and practical tools to drive impact. He has led initiatives on curriculum digitisation and teacher training across Africa using Open Educational Resources. Currently, he supports the adoption of evidence to effectively deploy EdTech interventions within Ministries of Education across Africa.

Kate Radford

Strategic Advisor

Kate has over 20 years of experience in education, technology, and international development. She uses technology to improve learning outcomes, especially in crisis-affected settings. Her work supports ministries to use data for decision-making and deliver digital and catch-up learning programmes. She is committed to building evidence on what works in education for emergencies. Previously, she founded a tech-enabled learning programme for children affected by conflict, recognised for its strong results and collaborative approach.

Efua Gambrah-Sampaney

Co-founder & CTO

Efua is a co-founder and CTO at Craft Education. Under her leadership, the team has developed Hunu, which uses messaging and open-source technology to deliver personalised support to African families. She has been pivotal in leading efforts to enhance technical infrastructure and support systems at Viamo for more than 7 years. At Craft Education, Efua is ushering in an era of AI to drive behaviour assessment reports and data analysis in behaviour therapy.
